Stabilser pro from Harris Brick Safety Systems is a purpose-engineered, reusable wall bracing system designed to eliminate the risk of brick and block wall collapses on construction sites. Built from durable GRP (glass reinforced plastic), it replaces the outdated practice of propping freshly-laid walls with timber offcuts and scaffold boards — a method that costs the UK construction industry over 27 million bricks and thousands of hours of rework every year.

The system works by transferring lateral wind loading on an incomplete wall safely and securely to the ground, preventing any movement. Its adjustable frame features a 51mm × 51mm box section with six locking positions, a 2-metre vertical support and a 1.7-metre diagonal brace, with a footprint that extends to 1,280mm to accommodate scaffolding setups.

Rigorously tested through FEA analysis and validated through Temporary Works Designs by Morgan Sindall, the Brick Bud withstands sustained winds up to 73mph — Force 11 on the Beaufort scale. It is fully compliant with HASAWA, CDM Regulations and BS 5975, and unlike traditional timber bracing, it will not void your Public Liability insurance.
