Free shipping applies tools and saw orders for UK Mainland only
Items are usually shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation via DPD. Notification will be provided via email regarding freight details and tracking numbers.
All stock sold on this website and subject to the restriction of large, heavy & or bulky items. At times Free Shipping promotions have this limitation.
In some cases, due to size and weight constraints, BTUK may need to ship items via other transpiration methods. please refer to Shipping of Bricksaws and Large Bulky Items in this policy
BT Engineering UK’s range of tools and saws can be large and bulky.
These items may not be able to ship via normal economical shipping and will require palletised delivery. These orders require a liftgate service to offload your items off the tuck.
We recommend that you be available to take delivery of these items. BTUK will contact you in advance to confirm a delivery time and date. BTUK will not be responsible for items lost or damaged once these items have been unloaded at an agreed location.
