Concreate Wash Out Base Unit is a compact, closed-loop washdown unit designed to safely handle concrete chutes, pumps, skips, and dumpers. Using pH Blue technology, it neutralises hazardous alkalinity during the washdown process—recycling water indefinitely with minimal waste. Built tough, CE-marked, and ideal for any construction site where environmental control and compliance matter.

Concreate Wash Out Base Unit provides a simple, effective and compliant way to manage concrete washdown on-site. This self-contained unit eliminates hazardous alkaline waste by reducing pH levels during washing, allowing for safe, repeatable use. With the Nappy Sack and built-in pump system, you can wash chutes, pumps, skips and mixers without generating harmful runoff.

Closed-loop recycling system – Wash water is filtered and reused indefinitely; less than 1 m³ to dispose of at job end.
Safe pH Blue technology – Automatically neutralises high-alkaline concrete wash-water on contact.
High-capacity performance – Each Nappy Sack handles 50 + chute washes before replacement.
